Anxiety and Pregnancy part 1

Stacy has Generalized Anxiety Disorder. She was taking medication and attending psychotherapy from time to time. Her anxiety level was manageable, allowing her to function and participate in life at a "normal" level. Life became increasingly exciting for Stacy when she met her future husband.

They would go to dinner, out for drinks, and chat regularly. Then the unexpected occurred...they found out they were going to be parents.

Although completely unplanned, the two were ecstatic with the idea. For Stacy, however, this meant a world of personal changes including stopping her anxiety medication immediately.

Her body went through some dramatic changes : profusely sweaty legs during the night, nausea, headaches, and dizziness. It was difficult to determine what was from withdrawal and what was from pregnancy.

She did not, however, feel much of an increase in anxiety...until the time drew near for the birth of the baby. Stacy began to feel paranoid and had some pretty neurotic thoughts about her in-laws.

Were they going to try and steal my baby ? Would the mother-in-law try to take control over the baby's care ? What about stealing my "firsts" with my daughter ?

Would she do things underhanded and disregard my parental role ? Stacy's anxiety built higher and higher with each paranoid thought.

She did not feel like she had any relief or any way of gaining relief since she could not foresee the future. She became slightly combative with her mother-in-law, trying to establish boundaries early on.

Stacy felt a heightened anger when her mother-in-law didn't obey her orders. She decided that if her in-laws didn't listen, they would not see the baby. An extreme measure, but Stacy needed to gain control over her anxiety.

I'll show you how to instantly relieve and prevent panic attacks by using natural anxiety cures. These are the methods that I used to stop panic attacks as they approached, and then trained my mind to get over the fears that were causing these episodes.
